The Bramble is the name given to a rough, tangled prickly shrub which normally bears its’ fruit, either blackberries, raspberries or dewberries, in late Summer and Autumn. Bramble can also lend its’ name to the blackberry fruit or products produced using it, such as our beautiful Bramble Highland Gin.

On the nose you get the aroma of sweet fresh berries with just a hint of underlying spice. This leads to a taste of bright and bold berry which is fruity and sweet with a light touch of subtle spice, leaving your palate full of smooth berry flavours which makes it extremely moreish!
Our recommendation for the perfect serve would be tonic and ice with the addition of some lovely fresh seasonal brambles.
